MSP Senior Billing Analyst - Randstad US

The **MSP Billing Sr. Analyst** is responsible for reconciling VMS system timecard data against company timecard data weekly to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement for third-party Affiliate Vendors/MSP Suppliers. This role manages a portfolio of customer accounts, providing analysis, reconciliation, billing adjustments, and vendor support. The Sr. Analyst works independently to make informed decisions, perform analysis, and complete administrative duties. Team lead responsibilities are part of the role, requiring the Sr. Analyst to handle a diverse portfolio efficiently. **What you get to do:** + Perform weekly reconciliations of MSP data against company data for internal and external suppliers, managing variances through adjustments or write-offs. + Provide customer service through written and verbal communications with the Project Management Office (PMO), MSP Suppliers, field partners, support teams, clients, and other internal departments. + Identify process inefficiencies or gaps, determine and document solutions, and communicate and train staff on process changes as needed. + Manage the payment reconciliation process for MSP suppliers to ensure timely payment based on client receipts. This includes confirming client payment, releasing vendor payment, and documenting and resolving outstanding supplier payment matters. + Conduct quarterly audits of outgoing supplier payments, using multiple data points to track and verify payment accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payment terms. + Identify inefficiencies within processes, develop solutions, and lead implementation. Communicate and train teams on process improvements as required. + Act as a lead for various initiatives, including new account onboarding, IT enhancements, system integration, and training efforts. **What you need to bring:** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred) + 3+ years of Financial/Accounting experience + 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and VMS/MSP (preferred) + Familiarity with Randstad billing/accounting processes (preferred) + Previous experience as a Randstad field agent or on-site support (a plus) + Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives + Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel + Familiarity with Domo Data Analytics Platform + Strong knowledge of accounting and general ledger principles + Analytical and decision-making abilities + Understanding of process and technical requirements with the ability to communicate across functional areas + Effective time management and organizational skills + Innovative mindset focused on efficiency improvements **This job posting is open for 4 weeks.** Pay Rate: $85,100.00 - $59,755.00 Annually Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
