We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and provide counseling, psychosocial evaluation, and resource referral services to our patients.

If you have a Master's degree in social work, LMSW, or LCSW license in the state of New Mexico, we want to hear from you!

As a Master Social Worker with us, you will have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, provide counseling services to patients and their families, and offer case management to optimize patient functioning. You will also have the chance to refer patients to community services, develop resources to meet patient needs and advocate for patients within the renal setting.

If you have the ability to form therapeutic relationships with patients and families, sensitivity to cultural diversity, advanced assessment and treatment skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills, we encourage you to apply.
