Job Description:
Essential Functions
- Distributed JEE Architectures and Middleware
- Installation and configuration of mule & mmc in different development.
- Provide MULE ESB Administration and Engineering Support on multiple OS platforms in a multi-vendor environment, while working closely with Architecture, Application Development, Database, Server and Networking Teams.
- Develop technical designs and policy/procedure documentation as assigned.
- Install and Configure MULE ESB, apply patches, manage middleware infrastructure and monitor performance/troubleshooting alerts from commercial, and locally developed monitoring tools.
- Responsible for middleware failure analysis and recovery. Participates in disaster recovery activities.
- Analyzes and resolves problems associated with MULE ESB software.
- Ensures the consistency and integrity of Middleware systems.
- Implement controls and security to comply with security standards.
- Investigate use of available software used to analyze problems and procedures to perform fine tuning to maximize production.
- Analyze and recommend alternative solutions for system enhancements and problem resolution projects.
- Interact directly with internal customers or external service provider to negotiate solutions and implementation specifics.
- Perform Middleware Configuration backup and restores.
- Manage/Monitor performance.
- Manage and lead hardware and software migration and upgrade efforts of varying size and complexity.
- Troubleshooting poorly performing applications by isolating problem areas
- Pinpointing Memory Leaks through Heap Dump Analysis
- Identifying Bottlenecks through Java core and Thread Dump Analysis
- Monitoring Garbage Collection and Heap Memory Utilization
- Application Server Installation, Configuration, and Monitoring

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in middleware infrastructure administration
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Promote consensus on a high level view of the project and drill down into the details to obtain the requirements
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong requirements, elicitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure audit and corporate compliance Consistently deliver project status and time tracking regularly to management
