Job Description:
Provide Development and service-level based production support Services stated as below.
- Development of new Interfaces and Gateways using Mule ESB
- Support Mule ESB in Cloud (Cloudhub) Applications/Services and TIBCO Products
- 16X7 on call support
- Support and maintain all production services and maximum 3 non production environments
- Perform Service Operation Governance (SOG) support activities
- Generate Operational Reports
- Monitor Integration
- Provide outage support
