Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (1ST SHIFT M-TH)
Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will work with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to complete new machine installations. You will carry out preventative maintenance, perform repairs on assigned equipment, and comply with all safety requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment. You will actively participate in new equipment training and read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings. You will adhere to PM schedules, work order due dates, and record work order completion. Additionally, you will support other miscellaneous building and facilities functions and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
+ Work with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to complete new machine installations.
+ Carry out preventative maintenance and perform repairs on assigned equipment.
+ Comply with all safety requirements including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment.
+ Actively participate in new equipment training.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings.
+ Adhere to PM schedules, work order due dates, and record work order completion.
+ Support other miscellaneous building and facilities functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Knowledge of electronic control devices/sensors (transformers, PLCs, motors, circuit breakers, etc.)
+ Knowledge of mechanical devices (pneumatics, hydraulics, gear boxes, conveyors, etc.)
+ Familiar with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley controls
+ Familiar with robotic applications
+ Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, and other regulations
+ Fabrication skills (such as cutting and welding) a plus
+ Ability to work independently
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Comfortable working with high voltage (480/277V)
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Electrical/Electronic Automated Systems, or similar preferred
+ Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training a plus
