Essential Knowledge & Basic Duties:

• Preparing for move-ins
• Completing resident service requests
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Painting
• Landscaping
• HVAC Certification a plus
• Basic Carpentry
• Excellent communication skills (reading & writing in English)
