Multi Family Outside Sales - Famous Supply

The Multi Family Business Development Outside Sales Associate will manage customer relationships and the sales for materials within the Multi Family industry, working with Multi Family owners, Developers, and Builders.  

This position covers a territory in and around Central Ohio. Travel of up to 250 miles per day is required.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• This role will develop professional relationships with Developers, Multi Family Owners, and Project Managers in the Multi Family industry prospecting the sale of building materials including Windows, Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting, and more) for new construction, and renovation projects.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base once relationships developed
• Work with internal Famous team: Project Managers, Estimators, Product Specialist, Sales to execute needs of the customer
• Facilitate the supply chain needs of a customer and solidify business

Required Experience and Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Written and oral communication skills

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Construction knowledge a plus
• Previous outside sales experience
• Multi-Family industry familiarity
