Job Description: As a Multi-Family Senior Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful completion of multi-family residential projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities and resolve design-related challenges.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve project profitability.
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and any significant developments or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-family residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification and experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites.
