• Oversee and manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision while ensuring top-quality project delivery.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met while delivering exceptional results under pressure.

Multi-Family Superintendent Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in multi-family construction.
• A solid track record of successfully managing project schedules.
• Consistent work history in the construction industry.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to meet or exceed project expectations.
