Our client is a highly respected Full-Service Restoration Company and General Contractor, performing reconstruction and rehab services with multi-family clients throughout Texas, with a heavy focus in San Antonio, with the possibility of some travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage multifamily projects and on-site teams
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality standards
• Lead daily field operations, emphasizing safety and progress
• Coordinate all site activities and collaborate with subcontractors
• Maintain meticulous project records and foster team relationships
• Keep projects on schedule through effective planning
• Regularly walking the job, perform site inspections and oversee tasks

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience
• 5+ years of Multi-Family Project Experience
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Strong Leadership qualities
• Energized and able to walk extensively on a daily basis
• Ability to manage multi-million dollar projects with expertise
