About the Job
Multi-store manager should have excellent leadership and communication skills. They will also need to be able to stand for long periods of time while working in each location, coaching and training. Maintaining a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors. As a multi-store manager with our company, you will work closely with the store managers and district manager to keep all managers on task to successfully execute company goals and agendas.
· Leadership: Supervising the activities of multiple full-time store managers and part-time crew members. Demonstrating operational standards and brand standards.
· Training: Hiring store managers and assisting store managers with crew hiring, training, and coaching to meet sales and operational targets.
· Communication: Ensuring high guest satisfaction and communicating with Store Managers and District Manager/ Owner. You will need to communicate with the HR department to process payroll and assist them with any questions they have in regards to employees that were hired or terminated.
· Budgeting: Managing the budget for each unit and allocating resources to support business needs through communicating those needs to the District Manager/ Owner. Providing the owner with
weekly financial reports for each location that include the units Food Cost, Labor, Guest Counts and Cash overage/shortage.
· Sales: Analyzing sales and identifying ways to maximize profits.
· Operational standards: Maintaining standards for food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and security. Ensure all brand standards are being followed in each location.
· Marketing: Contacting potential customers to promote sales.
· Inventory: Following inventory schedules and managing inventory. Reviewing all orders submitted by store managers and variances in weekly inventory levels.
