Position: Treating Physical Therapist and Multisite Center Manager
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: NovaCare Timonium, Pikesville, and Baltimore County West
Schedule: Full Time Weekdays
Compensation: starting at $85,000

Are you a licensed physical therapist (PT) looking to take on a leadership role? NovaCare in Baltimore County is seeking a treating physical therapist as a multisite center manager for our outpatient orthopedic teams in Timonium and Pikesville. This position will require in-person patient care in addition to management duties. This is a great opportunity for a current manager looking for professional growth and future leadership potential for a larger area.
Previous experience as a treating center manager is required for our multisite opportunity. We can train OP ortho experienced PTs to start single site management. Our leadership development program will ensure your success!

Responsibilities:- Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling.
- Implement local market business plan, including company objectives and initiatives.
- Assist in developing fiscal budets and strategic plans for assigned centers.
- Ensure profitiability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility.
- Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals.
- Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. .
- Conduct staff orientation and training, and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.
- Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings, college relations' activities and patient care skills development opportunities). Recommend staff for recognition.
- Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers.
- B.A./B.S. degree or higher in physical therapy
- Physical Therapist license in your state of practice
- CPR certification
