Job Details
Job requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
- 3+ years of general municipal law
- Hands-on expertise with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or land use matters
- Experience with Open Government Issues (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act)
- Barred in the state of California
- Experience coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid-remote work setting in Downtown Sacramento
