Job Description:

If the employee works 36 hours they will get paid for 36 hours. If they leave early or take a day off they will not be paid for time not worked.
Extremely low NAC patient ratios at our rural facility. 1:5 ratio for Long Term Care Residents.
Very supportive nursing and co-worker team. Lots of time to focus on 1:1 activities and take Residents to our outdoor garden space.
Support exists for lodging; either in identifying local options or providing shared residential spaces as a gratis benefit.
