Job Description
A young loving family seeks a fun, bright, and energetic nanny to care for three young children: a newborn, a 1-year-old, 2-year-old
The ideal candidate should possess a loving personality, great attention to detail, and the energy to engage actively with the children
This role involves collaborating with a household team, including housekeepers and other nannies.

Please note, this position will assist with activities for all children with assistance from other staff. However, during the fall/winter the toddlers will be in school, and the position will primarily be assisting the Mrs
and her newborn who will then be close to 1 years old.

Ideal Candidate:
A recent college graduate with 2-3 years of experience as a camp counselor or babysitter during college, preferably with a background in child development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the children's safety at all times
- Maintain open communication with parents
- Transport children to playdates and activities
- Assist with school drop-offs and pick-ups
- Handle children's laundry and keep their rooms and play areas tidy
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
- Clean up the kitchen after meals
- Pack and unpack children's belongings for travel
- Assist with bath time, shower, and bedtime routines
- Help with swimming lessons and monitor pool activities
- Travel with the family to their Long Island home in the summer
- Run errands and procure children's supplies and groceries as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with private families and young children
- Excellent references from current and previous employers
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Psychology or Education
- Certification in CPR & First Aid
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, polished, and poised demeanor
- Intelligent with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent swimming abilities
- US work authorization
- Valid driver's license
