National Account Project Manager - Fujifilm

Overview

We are hiring a National Account Project Manager based out of our Bentonville, AR location.  The National Account Project Manager is a critical role on the Fujifilm customer support team. The project manager coordinates store level project plans, including but not limited to support of major equipment installation projects, coordination of store remodels / updates, planning / scheduling of preventative maintenance visits, and other key projects. This role provides reporting for internal and external teams to drive awareness of store level performance and action plans. This position will monitor assigned account equipment inventory, usage, and service trends.

The National Account Project Manager will build positive long-term relationships with the account’s headquarter staff and store management, field service management, product, and marketing teams. The candidate will also support the sales team by identifying and supporting service revenue opportunities within the account.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, consists of six operating divisions. The Imaging Division provides consumer and commercial photographic products and services, including silver halide consumables; inkjet consumables; digital printing equipment, along with service and support; personalized photo products fulfillment; film; one-time-use cameras; and the popular INSTAX® line of instant cameras, smartphone printers, instant film, and accessories. The Electronic Imaging Division markets its GFX System and X Series lines of mirrorless digital cameras, lenses, and accessories to provide a variety of content creation solutions for both still and moving imagery. The Optical Devices Division provides optical lenses for the broadcast, cinematography, closed circuit television, videography, and industrial markets, and also markets binoculars and other optical imaging solutions. The Graphic Communication Division utilizes its extensive industry knowledge to develop fully supported traditional and digital print solutions for industries including commercial print, wide format, and packaging with its comprehensive line of digital inkjet presses, production toner printers, and software. The Industrial Products Division delivers new products derived from Fujifilm technologies including data storage tape products, including OEM and FUJIFILM Ultrium LTO cartridges, desalination solutions, microfilters and gas separation membranes. The Non-Destructive Testing Division delivers radiography solutions to ensure high accuracy inspection of transportation infrastructure, and assets within aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive, long-term relationships with key account leadership.
• Works with internal and external project teams on equipment configuration, installations store changes and remodels.
• Financial analysis of costs and revenues for maintenance and repair, lease payments and third-party payments.
• Investigate invoice disputes and coordinate with internal and external teams on resolution.
• Provide contract revenue estimates for budget planning.
• Provide reports to Fujifilm management on installed equipment, forecasting, and disposition of end-of-life equipment.
• Equipment operation and performance reporting and analysis.  Develop and implement action plans to correct operational and performance issues.
• Create reporting, including inventory and consumable data, store sales data & store regions. 
• Work closely with project teams on equipment rollouts and new process documentation.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as appropriate to support account activity.
• Travel to store locations with and without customer to evaluate equipment and store operations and give input on improvement opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Education

• 5+ years of experience of operational support in the service repair industry.
• Working knowledge of Astea Service Alliance a plus.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and macros a plus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting and billing.
• Experience in shipping and logistics.
• Experience in purchase ordering and procurement.

Salary and Benefits: (Include for roles that are/can be based in NY and CO)
