About the Job
This role is a key contributor to maintaining a successful relationship with our clients. The primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and Clients. Communication skills are key as you'll manage a large volume of emails daily. Analytical skills will be key as you create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.) You'll also be responsible for building client reports reflecting metrics including staffing, attendance, and any other specific report asked to be presented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties.
- Ability to review and analyze budgets and gross profit.
- Represent DMS in a professional manner on client calls and emails.
- Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
- Manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail)
- Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Creation of client specific analysis reports reflecting metrics including staffing, budgets, revenue, attendance, and any other specific report requested.
- Support the Client Relations Executive (CRE) and assist with any client needs.
- Support the CRE in managing client specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.
- Proficient in the following computer skills:
Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows)
G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
JD Edwards - Well organized; able to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
- Highly self motivated, strong initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Thorough, dependable, tactful, and courteous.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Office environment experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required - 1 year or more
