Summary
The Vocational Truck Aftersales Manager oversees the quality improvement and management of
predictive maintenance for all vocational truck products. In addition, collaborates with inspection facilities,
customers, and vendors to identifying vocational truck product quality issues. This role provides support
for services rendered after the sale of vocational truck products and maximizing the uptime of the Rush
vocational rental fleet.

Essential Job Functions
Identify, track, and analyze quality issues on vocational truck products.
Administer processes to reduce quality issues and improve vocational truck products.
Manage index score report for post body quality inspection resulting in improved process.
Communicate recalls and campaigns for vocational truck products; also verifies replacement for defect or recall products.
Collaborate with warranty department to recover funds from vendor for warrantable quality defects and/or replacement cost.
Oversees vendor locations and ensures compliance of process to maximize uptime of vocational rental fleet.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, technology or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking industry with vocational products.
Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.

Familiarized with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft applications, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
