Summary:
The National Deposits Group (NDG) Strategy and Business Management Director will support the MD National Deposits Head of Strategy and Business Management across various programs and initiatives that drive the development of and execution of the Strategic Agenda of the NDG organization. Specific areas of focus include supporting NDG strategic planning across current and future targeted verticals, working with Huntington partners to support key Business Management initiatives and programs including financial planning and analysis, product development and prioritization, pricing, marketing and risk initiatives. The role requires a unique set of skills that span across the NDG organization and support other team members in driving growth.
Please Note: This position is open to remote work. Preferred locations are: NYC, Atlanta and Chicago.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Strategic Planning Execution : Support the development of a high-impact, results oriented business, risk and financial strategy and roadmap that leads to the initiation of sustainable and deep relationships with homeowner associations, property managers, qualified intermediaries including 1031 exchange firms, title companies and agents, investment banks, private equity firms, top law firms, venture capital firms and others in need of best-in-class escrow and treasury management products and services .
Sales & Marketing – Contribute to the development of the go-to-market-strategy and playbook to drive new customer and deposit generation. Maintain knowledge of banking products and services, and the industry and market areas served. Keep abreast of current developments (inside/outside Huntington) and market trends, including the development of technology and other service delivery vehicles, to further advance our competitive advantage and service the customers' needs.
Optimal Customer Relationship - Identify opportunities to actively cross-sell all banking products and services as appropriate. Presents and participates in creative solutions to meet customers' needs. Manages customer and prospect relationships, referring sales partners or other associates as appropriate to carry sales relationships to completion.
Process & Policy Creation : Work across the bank to create and continue to refine well-documented, repeatable and scalable processes and procedures that drive certainty of execution and customer experience while keeping the bank safe and compliant with all banking regulations and state laws.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or other related filed
+ 5+ years in deposit based/treasury products/cash management
+ Strong knowledge of TM products, risk and pricing
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with the development and delivery of products and services that lead to stable deposits, treasury management fees, and other bank product revenue from several select industries
+ Strategic thinker/Deep knowledge of TM and financials/Understanding of business risk
+ Excellent communication, organization and project management skills and ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
