Location:
You can live anywhere in the U.S. as long as you're near a major airport. (Must be a U.S. citizen.)
What You'll Do:
- Own the growth: Develop and manage relationships with key accounts—buyers, sales managers, reps, and decision-makers in the electrical distribution space.
- Sell the value: Understand the competitive landscape and position the company's unique value propositions to stand out in the market.
- Drive results: Present strategic programs to stocking distributors and optimize customer programs based on market insights.
- Analyze and adjust: Keep a close eye on market trends, competition, and performance metrics to keep ahead of the game.
- Lead from the front: Represent the company at customer and industry conferences, strengthening partnerships and expanding your network.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years selling to electrical distributors, with experience managing manufacturer’s reps strongly preferred.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or economics is ideal, but equivalent experience is also valued.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 40-70% of the time, depending on your location.
