About the role
We are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious sales strategist able to bring our one-of-a-kind resident engagement platform to market. You’ll be responsible for creating relationships and executing portfolio-wide deals with the most influential decision makers and property management companies in the multifamily industry.
We are a small team looking for self-starters and doers! Flamingo is emerging from an early-stage, below-the-radar product development phase in our growth, and is now poised for significant expansion. If you want to join an ambitious team with big goals, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver on revenue and partnership growth targets
- Build genuine and meaningful relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Schedule and execute weekly discovery calls, demos, and pilot check ins with target accounts in your portfolio
- Grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Hubspot
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Create and deliver on partnership growth strategies for our top 300 target accounts
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure that partnership needs are being met and exceeded
- Contribute to company-wide sales strategy initiatives and process creation
- Own and continue to build an amazing reputation for Flamingo in the multifamily industry
- Attend in person industry events including local and national conferences
- Research client feedback to generate ideas to increase client engagement, improve our software, and develop additional features based on client feedback
About You
- You want to be an integral, early-stage member of a high-growth team.
- You’re a self-starter, sales leader and cross functional contributor who is ready to be the face of Flamingo as we grow from startup to national recognized market leader.
- You’re an excellent, disciplined salesperson who is ready to ‘hustle” to get 40+ meetings per month on the calendar.
- You’re an efficient verbal and written communicator comfortable with navigating a complex sales cycle and explaining Saas software to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- You keep up on industry trends, are comfortable navigating remote work and take initiative when faced with a problem.
- You’re comfortable pitching new ideas, and you keep an eye out for potential partnerships that create value for everyone involved.
- You’re solid at time management and you’re keen to build processes that’ll make your job more efficient over time.
- You're willing to travel 1-3x per month for events.
