We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of National Service Administrative Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Complete new employee set ups, to include National Service and branches.
- Monitor, update and maintain reports for National Service, branches, and applicable Management Teams.
- Update customer contracts to reflect correct point of contact.
- Assist with product initiatives.
- Audit out of territory startups to confirm EMRs (Equipment Master Records) have been updated properly.
- Create, update and maintain maps for Service Development Managers.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
