The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a full-time NC3 Cyber Systems Analyst, GS-2210-12 located at the Enterprise Mission Assurance Branch, Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA.

Air Force Global Strike Command requires an Information Technology Specialist experienced in cybersecurity to serve as a senior systems analyst and advisor for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) systems. This individual will conduct analysis if existing systems to determine comprehensive cybersecurity requirements and ensure systems meet compliance with Air Force and Department of defense guidance. For existing and new systems, the individual will review layouts, interrelationships, and designs to develop strategies and plans to incorporate cybersecurity actions and determine any deficiencies and provide recommended corrective actions.

• US citizenship is required
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• Must sign a non-disclosure agreement
• This is a designated drug testing position
• Knowledge of a wide range of IT principles and systems analysis concepts and techniques, new and emerging information technologies, and security methods and principles.
• Knowledge of the organization’s policy and planning formulation process along with its missions and objectives to prepare cybersecurity polices and plans.
• Knowledge of budgetary processes, cost-benefit analysis methods, and analysis of performance data to prepare persuasive budget recommendations in support of cybersecurity requirements.
• Knowledge of life cycle management concepts, cost benefit analysis, system architecture, integration techniques, and testing methods.

• Desired Experience: Risk Management Framework; Security+, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology
