Position Snapshot:
Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) group. NCE is responsible for providing practices of the factory to uphold to zero waste in our manufacturing practices. Always putting the consumers and customers first, while aligning common priorities and 100% engagement from the factory.
+ Starting rate of pay $28.79 per hour
+ Tuesday – Friday, 10 hour days
+ Comprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment
Position Summary: Entry-level leadership role that focuses on delivering factory KPI improvements through developing the internal autonomous maintenance capability of work groups. The role includes coaching and assessing team progression to drive sustainability and autonomy, as well as supporting Total Performance Management (TPM 7+4) across the factory. This position involves acting as a bridge between the factory floor and the factory leadership team, recommending, training, and implementing system improvements.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes data trends to identify areas of top losses
+ Reduces top losses to root cause by using problem solving tools
+ Develops standardize work practices to build stability
+ Trains and coaches team members on autonomous maintenance concepts
+ Assists LLT and drumbeat (IWG Team) with progression and developing closure gap plans
+ Collaborates with other IWG groups to drive best practices within the factory
+ Updates monthly/weekly scorecards for KPI and visual data management
+ Acts as a safety leader: adherence to all safe work instructions and ensures processes are run in accordance with SOP’s, VWI’s and all other standards
+ Present on shop floor working with IWG on the line
+ Facilitate drumbeats, planning agendas, managing activities, & performance tracking
+ Understand and represent all regulations, and NUSA policies, procedures and work instructions.
+ Participating in various capacity with Spotless Factory initiative based on factory needs.
+ All other duties as assigned.

+ Ability to give presentations in group settings
+ Enhanced computer skills with ability to analyze data
+ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key objectives
+ Cost-conscious
+ Requires a flexible schedule
+ Experience with:
+ Problem solving to resolve losses
+ Coaching and training
+ Administrative organizational skills
+ Basic mechanical aptitude skills
+ Competency in technical skill requirements
