Responsibilities:
- Follow customer specifications, industry-recommended practices, and company procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform all assignments, duties, and tasks safely while following standard operating procedures.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
- Set up and calibrate equipment accordingly per work order.
- Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to the appropriate Supervisor/ Manager to ensure effective and safe operations.
- Performing quality checks throughout production runs.
- Inform the Supervisor/ Manager or his designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
- Follow all Company HSE and QMS policies and procedures; report to the appropriate personnel any violations.
- Accurately create and maintain inspection and production reports as required.
- Perform other various job duties that may be required by the Supervisor/ Manager or their designees.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions, and be a team player.
- Self-motivated towards productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
- Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi-task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 yrs minimum of Quality Experience is required
- Level II Certifications are required. NDT, VTI, MPI, LPT, EMI, UT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate measurement tools and equipment properly.
- Willing to work overtime as needed
