Job Summary
The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standards exist to ensure the reliability and security of the bulk electric system. As a member of the NERC Compliance Group, you will perform governance and oversight of PSEG’s compliance with the NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards.
This role will focus on 693/ NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards.
Remote Local - at least 8x a month in-office expectation.
Job Responsibilities
+ Meet critical NERC reporting deadlines to ensure PSEG compliance with NERC regulatory requirements.
+ Compile, review, assess, and maintain NERC compliance documents.
+ Work on plans for audit preparation and NERC mitigation activities.
+ Acquire NERC expertise to support relevant PSEG business initiatives.
+ Other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specific Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Compliance, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience such as engineering, auditing, analytics, operations, or compliance or;
+ In lieu of a degree, 6 years of equivalent experience such as engineering, auditing, analytics, operations, or compliance.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
