About the Job
Our client, a Trustee Services Company, is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to join their growing team.
The Customer Care Administrator is responsible incoming calls, opening, scanning and uploading all incoming mail to case management system. Document control and delivery. Monitor front entrance for visitors and contact Senior Trustee Sale officer before allowing entrance into office.

The Customer Care Administrator is responsible incoming calls, opening, scanning and uploading all incoming mail to case management system. Document control and delivery. Monitor front entrance for visitors and contact Senior Trustee Sale officer before allowing entrance into office.
Job Requirements:
- Open, review, scan mail into case management system and forward to appropriate personnel timely based on mail type
- Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate personnel
- Scan all original documents and immediately deliver to trustee sale clerk for retention in fireproof safe and/or cabinet.
- Deliver all third party funds to SVP of Accounting Services for direction
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to read and write English. Ability to respond to common inquiries from clients and borrowers.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Dependable, someone has to be in the office every day for this role because borrowers come in office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- In office position in Huntington Beach California Mon Friday 8:30am 5pm
