Job Description:
The .NET Business Analyst assesses, plans, implements and evaluates information system support needs for various operational areas. As an internal consultant, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for the assessment, identification of system requirements, and functional definition of planned system changes within an application. Also, for identifying and implementing solutions that support more efficient processes within a system as well as any areas that may impact the system performance. This position is in the Construction field.
Qualifications:
- 5+years experience working with .Net applications.
- 5+ years experience with an SDLC, system development methodologies and requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate business needs into system specifications
- Experience leading small teams/projects from initiation thru completion.
- Experience with Process Improvement Methods
- Experience in interface design
- Excellent process analysis and mapping skills (Visio)
- Good oral and verbal communication skills
- BS or equivalent experience required
