Mandatory Qualifications:

1.Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Developer

2.7 years\' experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using .Net Frameworks, .Net Core, C# or similar modern OO programming language for Web Services, Database, or web application development.

3.More than 5 years experience working on complex
projects including developing applications using SOA Design patterns, Microservices Containerization using Docker or OpenShift, Databases (including SQL Server, Oracle, and No SQL Databases) and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks and
experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. More than five (5) years\' experience in
   developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) to include experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
   
2. More than five (5) years\' experience in
   implementing web applications using scripting languages such as Java Script, CSS, HTML5, & .Net Core MVC/Razor
   
3. More than five (5) years\' experience in developing Web API/Services using .Net Core.
   
4. More than three (3) years\' Experience in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain high standards of software quality.
   
5. More than three (3) years Experience with demonstration of solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts,
   diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
   
6. More than three (3) years experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing / unit testing frameworks.
   

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily activities include, but not limited to:
  Responsibilities will include translation of the business requirement and use cases to develop enterprise applications and unit testing of same.
  Work with the technical leads and architects to transform the high- and low-level system design into technical components.
  Develop applications based on technical
  requirements, design & architecture principles & standards.
  Produce work products and applications that reflect and ensure system design and delivery are in line with business needs and project plan.
  Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  Other duties as assigned.
  

How many candidates will be interviewed:

• IES will interview the top five highest scoring candidates who are susceptible to award.In this instance IES will only interview the top 5 candidates based on technical and cost evaluations.The top five will not be altered regardless of post interview scoring.
