strong and proven skills in ASP.NET
web development in C# using current technologies,frameworks, and patterns such as .NET Framework4.0 or newer, Entity Framework 5.0, EnterpriseLibrary 5.0, MVC 5, and Razor view engine.
The candidate should be well versed in databasedesign, specifically in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 ornewer.
Substantial experience in application integration viaSOAP based web services is required as is knowledgeof WCF and ASP.NET Web API.
The candidate must be very familiar with XML, XSLT,XPath, HTML 5, JavaScript and jQuery, AJAX, CSS,and Responsive Design.
Knowledge of Altova MapForce and DevExpresscontrol libraries is also expected.
Knowledge of Montgomery County systems and procedures
