.NET Developer at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a .NET Developer for a Contract job with a client in Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid). Responsibilities include developing and testing applications, coordinating with distributed teams, and providing technical expertise in Agile development environments.

 

Rate Range: $58/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

.NET Developer job responsibilities include:

• Developing web and Windows-based applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server.

• Designing complex components and serving as the technical subject matter expert for best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

• Creating and maintaining Web APIs and REST/SOAP services.

• Building and executing unit test cases using frameworks like NUnit.

• Collaborating with distributed teams and providing regular task updates to management.

• Optimizing SQL queries and maintaining database performance.

• Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to technical discussions.

• Conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in .NET development.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.

• Strong in LINQ, Lambda Expressions, C# Collections, Delegates, Multithreading, and Web API.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools like GIT/BitBucket.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $68.00 per hour
