.NET Developer - The Copper River Family of Companies

About the Job
Copper River Technologies is looking for a .NET Developer to join our software implementation team at our government customer site. This position is full-time until March where it becomes an as needed maintenance position.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Design, develop, and maintain application solutions using the eCase case management platform.
- Modify migration tools to bring data and documents from legacy applications to OPEXUS' software solutions.
- Diagnose application performance across client-side code, network communication, web-service processing, relational database design, and web-service interactions.
- Maintain and support existing applications, providing suggestions on ways to optimize or enhance.
- Provide technical training and support to clients when necessary.
- Participate in project planning/estimation with project managers.
- Convert and integrate data and content for use in databases.
- Stay abreast of current technology and seek out new tools that can be utilized appropriately.
- Make suggestions that improve programming techniques, applications, documentation, and client deliverables.
- Engage in problem definition and solution implementation according to client needs.
Essential Job Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience/Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in .NET web development including C#.NET; ASP.NET; HTML; CSS; XML; JavaScript; JQuery, AJAX; interface design; IIS, MS Visual Studio IDE; and relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or My SQL.
- Customer focused/engagement experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Must be available for occasion travel to support project
