- Education/Experience: Minimum of three (3) years analysis and programming in a SQL Server 2005-12, .NET environment. Bachelor's Degree and experience with large systems (IBM AS/400) is preferred.
- Specific Job Skills: Familiarity with object oriented programming techniques and technologies have experience with at least one relational database management system and demonstrate proficiency with physical and logical database design. Proven ability to write effective stored procedures and have strong expertise in SQL stored procedures development. Expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server 2005-2012 is required. Experience in HTML5, PHP, and mobile device programming experience is preferred.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, work instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees and vendors.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to compile and present data in a format that facilitates information sharing and decision making
