Required Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience with Web application development, trouble shooting, installations, & setup configuration of servers.
Identify areas for generating efficiencies, repeatable processes, and solutions for improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of technology solutions.
Train NON-IT staff and Business staff as required.
Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers (Business, Users) and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromise solutions.
Experience overseeing multiple projects from a technical perspective with minimal supervision.
Design, develop and implement mission critical application using the JAVA, Maven Framework from Consilience Software.
Design, develop and maintain applications using the C#, .NET Framework.
Write Client-side or Server-side code for web-based application and develop prototypes quickly.
Work closely with business to develop software and oversee implementations.
Build internal systems and support business needs with your domain expertise.
Review code as well as propose solutions.
Producing documentation moving application to ST, QA and PROD environments.
Assist with deployment of code by identifying Teams responsible for tasks.
Write and test Java, C#, SQL, T-SQL and PL-SQL.
Answer ADHOC requests.
Actively participate in meetings.
Write documentation.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science
Minimum 5 10 years' experience in IT.
Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes.
Minimum of 5+ years experiences in Web technologies
Knowledge of IT methodologies and life cycles.
Experience in designing and maintaining documentation.
Experience in developing and maintaining technical standards.
Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP).
Detailed knowledge and hands on experience with the full application life cycle with .NET applications and Java Web applications.
Strong knowledge across a significant portion of the following technologies is highly preferred: JavaScript, Apache, Tomcat, SQL/PL SQL, WebLogic, WebSphere.
Expertise in SOA technologies (XML, Json, Web Services, WSDL, XSLT, XPath, etc) and communications protocols (HTTP/S, JMS, MQ, SOAP, S/FTP/S).
Experience with Oracle 10g and above
Experience with JAVA, C#
Experience with MS SQL 2008 and above.
Experience with Eclipse, MS Visual Studio 2008 and above.
Experience with Tortoise SVN
Experience with Toad or SQL Developer Tool.
Experience with Apache-Ant 1.6.5
Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking kills.
The ability to work independently and be an effective team contributor.
Strong communication skills.
