As the lead developer of XSL-FO stylesheets, your role involves developing and supporting XSLT transforms, maintaining .NET applications, and ensuring seamless XML data flow. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance, all while providing scalable, reliable solutions that align with organizational goals.

As the lead developer of XSL-FO stylesheets, your role involves developing and supporting XSLT transforms, maintaining .NET applications, and ensuring seamless XML data flow. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and maintenance, all while providing scalable, reliable solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain XSL-FO stylesheets for PDF transformation and generation
- Design and support XSLT transforms for export files, enabling efficient data flow
- Manage and enhance .NET applications related to RMS XML ingestion and integration with MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) XML output
- Perform analysis, planning, and design for application infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with technical leads, business users, and project managers to meet project requirements
- Define system and application architecture standards and participate in the development lifecycle
- Provide technical expertise across various development phases with minimal supervision
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- XSL-FO/XSLT Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with XSLT stylesheets using XSL-FO for PDF transformations
- .NET Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET, with proficiency in C#.NET and VB.NET
- Technical Coordination: Ability to work effectively with technical leads and project stakeholders
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Experience across all phases of SDLC, with proven design and architecture skills
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication for collaboration and project coordination
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Altova Mission Kit, particularly the MapForce application (1 year preferred)
