We're looking for a Netsuite Administrator to join our team!
In this role, you will optimize and manage our NetSuite ERP system, focusing on improving business processes and enhancing the user experience. You will collaborate closely with a team member who supports Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration between systems. Key Responsibilities:
- System Optimization: Manage NetSuite roles, workflows, permissions, and dashboards to align with evolving business needs.
- User Support: Provide effective support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and lead training sessions to enhance system proficiency and adoption.
- Process Improvements: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize accounting practices and implement process enhancements using NetSuite's native features.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Develop saved searches and custom reports to provide actionable insights, while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Customization: Lead efforts to customize forms, advanced PDFs, and workflows, streamlining processes for better efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Take initiative to lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP.
Knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld, with a focus on accounting, logistics, and business processes.
Expertise in managing roles, forms, permissions, and workflows.
Familiarity with WRO (Warehouse Receiving Orders), TO (Transfer Orders), BOM (Bill of Materials), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
Proven ability to manage projects and lead process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills.
Back-end programming is a plus.
Experience in training and supporting end-users is a plus.
