We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an outstanding opportunity to harness your expertise in NetSuite and inventory management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our NetSuite platform, ensuring that it is tailored to meet our unique business needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite system administration, configuration, and customization.
2. Manage and maintain our inventory within NetSuite, ensuring accurate and real-time tracking of all our products.
3. Develop and implement NetSuite training programs for other staff members to enhance their understanding and efficient use of the system.
4. Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and translate them into system improvements and enhancements.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any NetSuite-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal system performance.
6. Keep abreast of the latest NetSuite features and updates, and leverage them to drive continuous improvement in our business operations.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on system performance, user experience, and other relevant metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Specialist or a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of NetSuite's inventory management capabilities.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing and customizing NetSuite platforms.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest NetSuite features and updates.
9. Ability to develop and deliver effective NetSuite training programs.
10. Certified NetSuite Professional (CNP) or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
