Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultancy on the NetSuite platform, advising on best practices for configuration, customization, and development.
- Lead the implementation of NetSuite across our business, ensuring that the platform is configured to support our business processes and operational needs.
- Develop and implement customizations to the NetSuite platform, including scripting and development of custom fields, records, and workflows.
- Work closely with our team to identify business needs and develop tailored NetSuite solutions.
- Provide training and support to our team on the use of NetSuite, ensuring that they are fully equipped to leverage the platform.
- Continually review and optimize our NetSuite setup, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Liaise with NetSuite support and third-party vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience in NetSuite configuration, customization, and development.
- Strong understanding of business processes in the energy industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proven ability to lead the implementation of NetSuite across a business, from initial setup through to ongoing optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant would be a significant advantage.
