2. Joins client calls to explain about cause and mitigation details.

Experience: 5+ years industry experience in network technologies with CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent and a bachelor's degree or a professional degree in computer technology.

Requirements:

1. In depth understanding and strong troubleshooting skills across all key technologies in Enterprise Data Center and Client LAN Networks (e.g ACI, VRF, HSRP, VPC, LACP, QoS, Multicast)
2. Understanding and strong troubleshooting skills across WAN technologies (e.g. SDWAN, MPLS), strong troubleshooting skills across routing protocols (e.g. EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and an understanding of all key network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP & UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SSH, IPSec).
3. Experience with Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS), Cisco products is essential (e.g. Cisco ACI, Cisco DNAC, N9Ks, Cat9Ks)
4. Experience with WiFi products, Load Balancers strongly desired (Cisco, Meraki)
5. Experience with Arista and Juniper Routers & Switches, Firewalls and DHCP/DNS applications, Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet) Firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet) and Automation and Scripting is desirable and preferred (e.g. Python, Ansible)
6. Good communication and troubleshooting the issue
