WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Daily support of the Citrix NetScaler SDX environment
- Automation of tasks or processes utilizing scripting
- Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, creating procedures to improve the existing systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive knowledge of Citrix NetScaler - evaluate, configure, install, document and manage
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities in the development and implementation of effective solutions
- Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of all assignments
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Solid Knowledge of NetScaler HA including Load Balancing, Content Switching, SSL Offload, AAA, FIPS, Proxy and Citrix XenApp Integration
- Experience working on Infrastructure teams
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid role - minimum 2 days a week onsite
- Remote days are expected to be in an adequate home office
