About the Job
Primary Responsibilities
- Desktop support (local and remote)
- Microsoft365 tenant management
- Active Directory management
- Device provisioning (local and remote)
- IT inventory management
- Upkeep of software packages & services
- IT related product licensing
- Managing service platforms (e.g., VoIP system, GoDaddy, Mimecast/Perception Point)
- Develop & maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, back-up, and disaster recovery plans
Secondary Responsibilities
- MS Access maintenance and support
- Visual Basic programming and support
- Reporting support for a variety of software applications such as SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.
Special projects and tasks
- Report development and distribution from service platforms
- List management tasks involving common Excel tools and functions
