Job DescriptionLink Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Network Administrator (Senior-Level) to join our day shift (see hours below) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
*Must be US Citizen
*Non-remote: Relocation bonus for the right candidate.
The candidate will support the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain and track assets, deploy, implement, troubleshoot, and support the workforce environment. You will provide on-site support as necessary to ensure all network capabilities are available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Design and implement network security measures to protect our organization's assets and data.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other technologies.
- Mentor and train junior network administrators to ensure they have the necessary skills to support our organization's network infrastructure.
- Maintains network security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Maintain network devices by applying patches and performing firmware upgrades.
- Configures switches, routers, firewalls, and cryptographic devices.
- Participate in and may lead aspects of major network installations and upgrades.
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.

Qualifications- US Citizenship
- Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain a Government/DoD Secret Clearance.
- Five (5) or more years of directly related experience in network administration and support.
- IAT Level II certification required (Security CE, CCCNA Security, CySA, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
- Computing environment certificate (CCNA) or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
- Cisco networking knowledge/skill.
Preferred:
- MA/MS or equivalent years of experience directly related experience in network administration and support.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in VMWare NSX or CISCO VXLAN.
- Knowledgeable in creating a PPS (Ports, protocols, & services) request.
- Experience leading major network installations and upgrades.
- Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
- Team leader with supervisory responsibility experience.
Shift/Hours Information: DAY-Shift
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
