Job Description/Responsibilities:The Network Continuous Improvement Engineer drives continuous improvement efforts across the network while supporting all plants in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, & overall OEE. Leads the execution of productivity projects across multiple facets of the organization. Works with plant Operations teams and other departments to identify/resolve problems, develop/execute effective and efficient processes and standards, as well as assist with audits. Ensure network performance meets/exceeds KPIs.
- Assist the process lead in identifying and planning of annual cost saving capital projects within the plant to drive capacity and OEE improvements.
- Trains Processing Leads to improve technical skills and performance. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Analyze and resolve problems related to line efficiencies.
- Meets and exceeds customer expectations through the coaching of process leads on equipment and systems to deliver capacity and OEE Improvements.
- Monitor efficiencies, quality and production data to improve yields and throughput without sacrificing quality. Works with Processing, Quality, and internal and external Technical resources to analyze and resolve issues related to efficiency, processes, material, loss and waste to deliver line glidepath.
- Provide Engineering and Technical expertise to effectively develop and coach line acceleration process leads throughout the network.
- Support line capacity planning and inventory accuracy efforts. Identify, streamline, and document the line glidepath process with focus on improving efficiencies, reducing errors, and improving the quality of work.
- Utilize the priority system to enable focus on key priorities that will grow the company faster. Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion. Monitor progress towards accomplishment of priorities, projects and tasks.
- Ensures line acceleration meets regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA and TTB regulations. Takes immediate corrective action when needed to stay in compliance.
- Focuses network processing lead improvements to drive productivity and safety. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Analyzes and resolves problems relating to line efficiencies, line availability and equipment stops.

- Engineering or related degree
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Detail Oriented
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- experience in a fast paced environment
PREFERRED
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience in process design, implementation and improvement
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- 3 years Experience driving change in an organization
- 3 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Ability to travel up to 50%
