Description:
(This role functions primarily in the network design space.) Perform functions for technical architecture, requirements, vendor management, detailed design for BVE network and equipment designs, including CPE equipment - IP phones (Polycom), ATAs (Cisco), Enterprise SIP Gateways (Edgewater, Adtran), P-CSCF/Access Clients and Broadsoft Application Servers. Manage ongoing technical requirements and design, QA testing and certification support, operational support including network troubleshooting, root cause analysis and defect management and resolution.
Scope:
Providing Consultation and Support Voice Enhancements projects in the following tasks:

- Create, update and maintain Detailed Design Document (DDD)
- Create, update and maintain Technical Requirements Document (TRD)
- Proof of Concept
- Open, update and maintain Modification Requests (MRs), if any
- Work with vendors for requirements compliance
- Incorporate new requirements based on Modification Requests (MRs)
- Technical Support to vendors and Quality Assurance (QA) team
