About the Job
| 1. Installation and Setup:? Install, configure, and test audio, video, and collaborationequipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers,cameras, and conferencing systems.? Ensure all AV equipment is properly connected and integrated withexisting IT infrastructure.2. Maintenance and Support:? Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems toensure optimal performance.? Respond to and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment ina timely manner.? Provide on-site and remote support for AV-related incidents andservice requests.3. User Training and Assistance:? Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to operate AVequipment and collaboration tools.? Create and maintain user guides and documentation for AVsystems.4. Event Support:? Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, webinars, andother events, ensuring seamless AV integration.? Coordinate with event organizers to understand requirements andprovide appropriate AV solutions.5. Project Management:? Assist with planning and execution of AV projects, includingupgrades and new installations.6. System Integration:? Integrate AV systems with other communication and IT systems toenhance collaboration and productivity.? Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and recommendimprovements or upgrades as needed.7. Collaboration with AV Engineer:? Work closely with the AV Engineer to design and implement AVsolutions that meet organizational needs.? Assist the AV Engineer in troubleshooting complex AV issues anddeveloping innovative solutions. |
