Network Engineer at Sentinel Technologies Inc.

As a Network Engineer you will be working with a variety of technology tools and systems to implement and maintain WAN/LAN systems. The Network Engineer must be able to maintain the network management platforms, firewall security and others as required. This role is part of a team that improves the customer’s large-scale IT environment with SLRs/SLAs for high availability and uptime. The Network Engineer manages, maintains, plans, schedules, integrates, and troubleshoots the overall network and its devices—WANs, LANs, WLANs, VPNs, VoIP, etc.—and monitors network health. The Network Engineer will handle network installation planning, upgrades, cutovers, and testing. The Network Engineer will implement network security best practices. This is a full time position reporting onsite downtown Chicago, IL while training on process and procedure. This position can be a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite upon successful completion of the training period.
