Network Engineer - Zebra Technologies

The Senior Network Engineer develops and maintains functional and secure data and voice networks; works alongside a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize all areas of the Zebra network; provides escalation support.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of WAN network ( GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G)
• Previous knowledge in Public Safety Network, TETRA, Direct Mode, Kodiak Push to Talk.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience

• WAN, Cellular 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, TETRA
• OMA-DM Client Integration
• Device Driver and Radio Interface Layer development
• Hands on Experience in development using any one of the languages C,C++, JAVA
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Android Development
• Demonstrated technical experience
• Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
• Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
• Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Experience developing new systems and tools
• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
• Advanced analytical skills
