Network Engineer from Collabera

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Network Technician to join our team on a temporary basis.


• The candidate will play a key role in deploying network infrastructure and supporting data center locations.


• The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in enterprise-class networks

Responsibilities:

• Deliver simple, sustainable solutions and processes 


• Collaborate with Network Engineering and Project Manager teams 


• Troubleshoot networking and routing issues 


• Manage priorities through ticketing system 


• Assist in hardware configuration and rollout 


• Travel within the Virginia region may be required


• Education Qualification: 5+ years of relevant experience 


• Knowledge of Ethernet and IP networking


• Experience in large-scale data center network implementations 


• Familiarity with virtualized enterprise networking environments

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills 


• Understanding of IP protocols 


• Ability to work under pressure 


• Effective prioritization and time management 


• Physical ability to lift computer equipment up to 35lbs
