Network Engineer - TS/SCI Clearance - Piper Companies

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time opportunity w/ 75% CONUS travel supporting the IC on an enterprise-wide engagement. TS/SCI clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities for the Network Engineer include:

·        Installing, administering, and documenting anything related to Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other tools.

·        Work with tools including McAfee Sidewinder, host-based intrusion detection, ASA firewalls, and Solarwinds

·        Demonstrating a strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/MAN operations and TCP/IP

·        75% travel to domestic CONUS sites

Qualifications for the Network Engineer include:

·        3+ years of experience working with Cisco routers and switches

·        Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining cisco appliances

·        CCNA level knowledge (although cert not necessarily required)

·        Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Networking/Cyber preferred

·        TS/SCI clearance or higher

Compensation for the Network Engineer includes:

·        Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 based on experience
