We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our Lab Engineering Procedure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing testing procedures for new lab zone engineering initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, configuration changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the telecom domain.

• Prepare and execute testing plans for new lab zone engineering projects.
• Manage configuration changes and ensure proper documentation.
• Strategize and design testing scenarios based on requirements.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
• Manage Jira tickets for issue tracking and resolution.
• Participate in design discussions to provide insights and feedback on engineering processes.
• Conduct testing at the network layer to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure project alignment.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software tester or QA engineer, preferably in a telecom environment.
• Strong understanding of lab engineering procedures and testing protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Proficient in using Jira for issue management and tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of network layer testing is a plus.

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with telecom systems and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
